Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using the Karossa vehicle marketplace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to control. Professional access may require review before activation.
Listings
Listings must describe the actual vehicle, ownership or authority to advertise it, its condition and its price honestly. Illegal, misleading, duplicated or abusive content may be removed.
Transactions and rentals
Karossa provides marketplace and communication tools. Buyers, sellers, renters and agencies remain responsible for inspections, documents, payments, insurance and compliance with applicable rules.
Bookings
A rental request is not confirmed until accepted by the agency. The persisted booking quote and dates are the reference for the request. Cancellation rules shown by the service apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse personal data, bypass security, send spam, impersonate another person or interfere with the service.
Moderation and suspension
Karossa may restrict listings or accounts when required to protect users, investigate reports or enforce these terms.
Service availability
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Features explicitly marked as in development do not form part of the available service.
